7mmtv Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 7mmtv platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 7mmtv platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 7mmtv as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 7mmtv platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform does not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. 7mmtv will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
- Notify 7mmtv immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
7mmtv reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with internal security procedure requirements.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 7mmtv platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform in any way.
- Spreading false or misleading information, or deceiving other users.
- Transferring funds between accounts to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
- Using another person's account or acting on behalf of a third party without written authorisation.
- Using the platform for any money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, and any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 7mmtv platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported local payment methods including DuitNow and FPX. 7mmtv accepts no responsibility for any fees charged by banks or third-party payment service providers.
- Deposit: Funds credited to your account become valid once payment confirmation is received by our system. 7mmtv is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed only to accounts registered under the same name as your 7mmtv account. Withdrawal requests with mismatched details will be declined until identity verification is completed.
- Bonus: Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the respective bonus terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully met.
- Cancellation: Processed transactions cannot be reversed except in cases of technical error confirmed by the 7mmtv team.
7mmtv reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
7mmtv shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
7mmtv reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision under these terms.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Registering multiple accounts or abusing the bonus system.
- Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in the platform's internal policy.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation concludes. 7mmtv's decisions regarding account closure are final, subject to internal review processes.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7mmtv platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of 7mmtv or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 7mmtv platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. 7mmtv does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
7mmtv reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
